Low-impact exercise is highly beneficial for older people as it helps maintain mobility, strength, and balance without putting undue stress on the joints. $3.00 per class.
MUM AND BUBS
10.00AM - 2.00PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY
Are you a mum with a baby under two. You can now come and enjoy the gym with a safe play pen provided while you get a work out in and have some time to yourself. Please note this is not a class.
BODY COMPOSITION SCALES
10.00AM - 1.30PM
MONDAYS ONLY
Go beyond the number on the scale. Get the full picture of your health. See your muscle, fat, water levels and more so you can celebrate real progress and stay on track with your fitness goals.
